统软云 VIP服务
当许多大型企业或初创企业选择统软云时，由于整个项目的开发周期紧张，他们在使用新平台时会遇到一些问题。这些问题可以在社区解决，但可能不够及时。对于此类客户，统软云提供支持服务，企业也可以购买统软云 Enterprise Edition。当然，这是收费的。企业采购后，统软云将以工单的形式提供技术支持。如果企业客户有任何疑问，统软云将在半小时内正式提供一对一的技术支持。
