5月20日，京东第一批7家“京东邦智慧社区店”同时在重庆、成都、西安、杭州、绍兴、广州等城市开业。基于“社区管家”，他们为居民提供家电、家居、家政服务、智能健康产品销售服务、家居装修服务，成为京东线下服务体验的新入口。
“京东邦智慧社区店”主要位于城市居民区，覆盖范围为周边5公里。它为一、三线城市居民提供社区“最后一公里”家庭服务，为社区居民提供更加安心、便捷、优质的服务和体验。
