1.去官网注册账号，然后下载。目前，有一个免费的社区版本。下载地址为：https://www.embarcadero.com/

2.安装Delphi和闪电模拟器（或购买Android真机），真机可以调试，模拟器目前似乎无法调试。

3.安装后，环境如以下屏幕截图所示：

4.到目前为止，开发环境已经建立。它非常简单，并且没有令人担忧的环境配置。
